Who processes your data

What we collect

Your Telegram identifier, username and language — to identify your account and answer in your language. The address of your Hyperliquid account — to read your balance and transmit your orders. Orders, deposits, withdrawals — to run the service, bill the commission and answer support. The invite link used — to attribute referral earnings. Markets you watch and price alerts — to send you what you asked for. Messages sent to support — to answer you. Technical logs — to diagnose failures and prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

No private key, no seed phrase — we have none and want none. No identity document, no bank data. No advertising tracker on this site, and no profiling: see “Audience measurement” below.

What is public by nature

Operations on Hyperliquid and Arbitrum are recorded on public ledgers and can be consulted by anyone, independently of us. We can neither erase them nor make them private.

Who we share with

Only with the providers necessary for the service: our host, our database and our wallet provider. We sell no data and communicate none to third parties for advertising purposes. A disclosure may be required by a competent authority within the law.

For how long

Account and transaction data are kept as long as the account exists, then for the duration imposed by legal retention obligations. Technical logs are kept a few months.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, portability, or object to certain processing. Write to us in the bot. Some data must be kept despite an erasure request when a legal obligation requires it. If you reside in the European Union, you may lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection authority.

Security

Secrets live on our servers with restricted permissions, are never versioned, and client wallets are subject to a policy restricting authorised destinations. Details →

Audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics, loaded only if you accept, and never before. No trading data, no wallet address and no Telegram identifier is sent there.
