Your wallet address — the public address you sign in with. There is no registration and we never ask for your name.
An email address, only if you give us one — there is a field in Account, it is optional, and nothing is refused to you if you leave it empty. We use it for one thing: telling you when something touches your money or your permission to trade — a signature about to expire, an agent paused by one of your own limits. Never a newsletter, never shared, never sold. Remove it in Account at any time and we delete it.
What your agents do — the configurations you save and the trades your agents make. This is the product working: without it there is nothing to show you.
Anonymous flow data — the agent-creation flow reports which step a visit reached, under a random identifier that is linked to no wallet and dies with the browser tab. We count journeys, not people.
Technical logs — IP addresses, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Usage analytics — via Google Analytics, and only if you accepted it. You can change that any time on the Cookie Policy page.
Never collected: private keys, seed phrases, or anything that grants access to your funds. No screen of StratiDex will ever ask for them.
To run the service (your agents trade from your configurations), to keep it secure, and to understand how the platform is used in aggregate. We do not sell your data — to anyone, for anything.
Hyperliquid is a public venue: the positions, orders, and transfers of any account on it are publicly visible by the venue’s own design. That visibility exists independently of StratiDex and is not something we can grant or revoke.
Your data reaches only the service providers needed to operate the platform (hosting, Google Analytics, and Privy Inc. for sign-in — if you log in with an email address, Privy processes that address to authenticate you) and, if the law requires it, competent authorities.
All traffic is TLS-encrypted, sessions live in httpOnly cookies your browser scripts cannot read, and production access is restricted. No system is infallible — which is one more reason the design never lets us hold your keys.
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it erased, receive it in a portable format, or object to a processing. Write to stratidex@gmail.com from any channel that lets us verify you control the wallet address concerned. Erasure is done within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Configurations and trading records are kept while the service operates them, and erased on request as described above.
