StratiDex provides software, not advice. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and no strategy offered here is an endorsement of its results. For investment, tax, or legal decisions, consult a licensed professional.

2. The risks

• Volatility: cryptocurrency prices can move violently within minutes, at any hour, on no news.
• Leverage and liquidation: perpetual futures amplify both gains and losses. At high leverage, a small adverse move liquidates the entire position.
• Technology: software bugs, network outages, and attacks can affect StratiDex, your connection, or the venue — while your positions stay open.
• Venue: your funds and orders live on Hyperliquid, a third party StratiDex does not control.
• Regulation: the legal treatment of cryptocurrency trading varies by jurisdiction and keeps changing.

3. What automated agents cannot do

An agent follows its rules — it does not understand news, sense a crash coming, or step aside for events its rules never modeled. Rules are designed against the past, and the past does not contain the future.

Your protections have physical limits too: a stop-loss or guardrail closes a position at the price the market offers when it fires, and in a fast or gapping market that price can be meaningfully worse than the level you set.

4. What the numbers mean

Every figure StratiDex shows you is measured from your own agents’ actual activity — we display no projected returns, no advertised win rates, and no backtest promises. A measured past, honest as it is, still guarantees nothing about the future.

5. Your responsibility

By running an agent, you acknowledge that:

• the decision to run it, and its configuration, are yours;
• you commit only funds you can afford to lose entirely;
• you understand how perpetual futures and leverage work;
• every agent you deploy trades for real, from the first order — there is no simulation mode to practise in.
