1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the StratiDex platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

StratiDex is an automated trading platform using artificial intelligence to execute operations on cryptocurrency markets via decentralized protocols (notably Hyperliquid). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

The Service includes:

  • AI-powered automated trading agents
  • A paper trading mode (simulation)
  • Analysis and backtesting tools
  • Notifications and alerts

3. Non-custodial

StratiDex is a non-custodial platform. We never hold your funds, private keys, or digital assets. All operations are executed through your own wallet connected to decentralized protocols. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys.

4. Trading risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks, including the total loss of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The use of artificial intelligence does not guarantee positive results.

You acknowledge that:

  • Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable
  • Automated strategies can incur losses
  • You should only invest what you can afford to lose
  • StratiDex is not a financial advisor

5. Conditions of use

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Not reside in a country where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
  • Provide accurate information upon registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StratiDex disclaims all liability for financial losses resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: losses due to market movements, technical interruptions, software bugs, or third-party actions.

7. Intellectual property

All algorithms, AI models, interfaces, designs, and content of StratiDex are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified by email and/or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
