Fee Disclosure

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Overview

StratiDex charges a small execution fee on eligible trades placed by your live agents. This document explains how those fees are calculated, when they apply, and where the proceeds go.

2. When fees apply

Fees apply only to trades executed by live agents. Paper trading is free — no fees are collected on simulated activity.

No fees are collected on:

  • Deposits or withdrawals
  • Paper-trading agents
  • Agents that have been paused or stopped
  • Failed or canceled orders

3. How fees are calculated

The execution fee is a small percentage of the notional value of each filled trade. The exact rate is shown to you at the moment of activation and is bounded by the rate you approve. Both sides of each perp trade (entry and exit) carry the fee.

You will always see the maximum rate before activating a live agent. You can revoke at any time by disconnecting your wallet.

4. Underlying venue fees

StratiDex routes trades through an underlying execution venue (Hyperliquid). That venue charges its own market maker / taker fees, separate from the StratiDex execution fee. Those venue fees are paid directly by your wallet to the venue and are not collected by StratiDex.

5. Partner Program rewards

If you joined StratiDex via a partner’s referral link, 25% of the eligible execution fees from your live agents flow to the referring wallet. This split is automatic and does not change the fee you pay.

If you publish an agent to the Marketplace and other users launch it, you receive 25% of the eligible execution fees from those agents.

6. Changes

We may adjust the execution fee model in the future. Any change will be communicated through the platform before it takes effect, and you will be asked to re-confirm activation for live agents.
