1. Who runs this service
The StratiDex service is published by StratiDex. Contact: stratidex@gmail.com, or by message in the bot @stratidex_bot.
2. What the service does
StratiDex is an interface that transmits trading orders to the Hyperliquid protocol from Telegram. The service creates for the user a Hyperliquid account that the user owns, and transmits the orders the user requests. StratiDex does not provide investment advice, personalised recommendations, portfolio management or trading signals. The markets, amounts, addresses followed and protection levels are chosen by the user.
3. Automatic orders and Earn
Some orders are placed or moved by the service without a new confirmation, within the settings the user has chosen. Copy-wallet: when the user follows an address, each opening, increase, reduction and closing made by that address is replayed on the user’s account, at the size the user chose, with the address’s leverage capped by the market, until the user pauses or stops the follow; stopping does not close the user’s positions. Trailing stop: the service moves the stop along with the gain and never moves it back. Stop loss and take profit are orders held by Hyperliquid. Earn: at the user’s request, USDC from the user’s account is lent on Hyperliquid; the rate varies with demand and is not guaranteed; the user can withdraw at any time, subject to the availability of the Hyperliquid protocol, and the money returns to the trading account; money on Earn no longer serves as margin for open positions. These orders and operations are authorised by the user, who remains responsible for them and can change or stop them at any time from the bot.
4. Access conditions
Be of legal age and legally capable. Not reside in a jurisdiction where using the service or the Hyperliquid protocol is prohibited, nor appear on an international sanctions list. Use the service for one’s own account, with funds of lawful origin. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the lawfulness of their use in their country of residence.
5. Fees
A commission of 10 bp of volume (reduced for users who joined with an invite link, as set out on the Invite a friend page) is charged on each executed order by the Hyperliquid protocol and paid to StratiDex. It is independent of the result of the operation. Protocol fees and the market spread are added; they go to the venue, not to us. Any change of the rate will be announced before it takes effect.
6. The user’s funds
The user’s funds are held on a Hyperliquid account in the user’s name, whose private key the user can export at any time. The trading key (API wallet) used to transmit orders cannot withdraw. Withdrawals and transfers are carried out by the service at the user’s request, from the bot. See Security.
7. Referrals and partners
A user receives 30 % of StratiDex’s commission on the trades of the users who joined with their invite link, for life, on one level; those users receive a reduction on StratiDex’s commission, for life, as set out on the Invite a friend page. Specific conditions may be agreed with partners. Earnings are paid to the trading account on request, above a minimum threshold. Any manipulation (multiple accounts, fictitious sign-ups, misleading incentives) results in cancellation of earnings and closure of the accounts involved.
8. Prohibitions
Using the service for money laundering, fraud or sanctions evasion. Attempting to access the systems or other people’s accounts, or disrupting their operation. Automating the use of the service in a way that degrades its availability for others. Presenting oneself as a member of the StratiDex team.
9. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. It depends on third parties (Hyperliquid, Arbitrum, Telegram, hosts) whose unavailability may interrupt or delay its operation, including closing a position. No continuous availability is guaranteed.
10. Liability
StratiDex cannot be held liable for trading losses, liquidations, market moves, or the consequences of a decision taken by the user. To the extent permitted by applicable law, StratiDex’s liability is limited to the amount of commissions received from the user over the preceding twelve months. Nothing herein limits a liability that cannot legally be limited, notably in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Suspension and closure
An account may be suspended in case of breach of these terms or suspicion of unlawful activity. The user retains in all cases the ability to withdraw the funds due to them, subject to applicable legal obligations. The user may stop using the service at any time and withdraw their funds.
12. Changes
These terms may be modified. Any substantial change is announced in the bot before it takes effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Disputes
For any disagreement, the user can write to stratidex@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution. Nothing in these terms limits the protective rules applicable to consumers.
