What protects your money
Your account is in your name, your key is yours, and the key that places your orders cannot withdraw. Here is what that means, and what we will never ask you.
Your account is in your name
StratiDex creates a Hyperliquid account that you own. Deposits, orders, withdrawals: everything is publicly verifiable on app.hyperliquid.xyz, without asking us anything.
The key that places your orders cannot withdraw
Each client has a trading key (API wallet), used only to send orders. The Hyperliquid protocol forbids it any withdrawal. That is not a promise from us: it is a protocol rule, enforced by Hyperliquid.
Your key belongs to you
You can export the private key of your account at any time (Settings → Export my key, or My funds → My key) and leave with it. Nobody at StratiDex will ever ask you for it.
Check who you are talking to
Our bot is @stratidex_bot, and no other. An impostor can copy a name, a logo or screenshots, not a Telegram username: check it before you deposit.
What we will never ask you
- Your private key or seed phrase — we do not need them and do not accept them.
- To sign anything outside the Telegram conversation.
- To send funds to a “support” address. No member of the team will ever ask.
